Hello guys.

I've posted alot, and hopefully this will be the last in this regard, as I FINALLY settled my thoughts (hopefully) :D

I'm from Denmark, the Budget is 12.000DKK / ~2.100USD & this is what I've come up with, with a little help, of course :

CM Storm Stryker Case
Asus Maximus VI HERO

i5 4670k - Happy with OC'ing to anything above 4.4Ghz(Only OC'd once before)
Asus GTX 780 Direct CU II
Samsung 840 EVO 120Gig SSD
Corsair H100i CPU Cooler + 5 Corsair SP 120 Quiet Edition fans
G.skill Ripjaws - No specific name, so here's a link to it : http://www.cinemagic.dk/shop/g-skill-ripjaws-298227p.html

Corsair RM750 PSU (only about 30DKK / 5USD more than the 650)
Windows 8.1 Disc in Danish (Obviously xD)
Noctua NT-H1 Thermal compound

Reasons I picked what I did ?

I absolutely love the Stryker, and I've been looking through probably 200 cases which none gave the same ''BANG'' into my eyes, so that's something to stay.
As for the Mobo, I wanted a black and red colour scheme which might look funny inside the stryker, but I personally think it will look good, as I've seen some ROG boards inside the Stryker already.
SSD ? I've been told it's one of (if not THE) fastest currently.
CPU Cooler ? For the sexy looks. I know something like a Hyper 212 would be good as well, or even a H80i for a single rad in Push-Pull. I might end up doing it, but I hope not.

The rest you're welcome to leave suggestions for. Also the Ram is only 1066Mhz, Does it matter that much since it's for gaming ? If it does make alot of difference I will make sure to find a few more 'coins' to put into this.

Games I'm gonna play :

Minecraft / Feed The Beast (Not that much, but sometimes it's fun to build randomness)

Battlefield 4

Dragon Nest

Alliance of Valiant Arms

& More MMORPG's that will come out the upcoming years.

I'm not into 3D/Movie editing & rendering so I figured 8Gigs should be enough. Please leave any feedback you might have, And as always
Thanks for reading ! ;)

Edit : I will eventually ''Upgrade'' to Icemodz LED strips + remote & Sleeved cables. Not sure if Red, Black, or Red & Black.
@Icemodz Youre stuff is amazing ;) Hoping to order some around my birthday in march !

II have already said most of what I would like to say in the conversation we had, but other then that I would go with 1866 Mhz RAM and a 256GB EVO driver since the speed is cut in half at 120GB :)

Other then that: You are there and I really hope your dad gets it for you for Christmas! :)

Elder scrolls isn't my cup o' tea. I tried Skyrim only, so I have not much to say. I don't own it, I tried it at a friends since he ''got it legally'' ;)

Wildstar is something I'll have to look into. :D

I can if needed, just a question - Does it make that big a difference ? D:

Over 1600 Mhz: Not much for most games.

From 1066 to 1866: Massive improvement :)

You will simply be bottlenecked by your RAM :(

Yeah I really would love a 256Gig SSD, sadly, even without an Optical drive and Harddisk (Already have my old from this pc) It doesn't fit in the budget currently. Any ideas where I can cut it a little someone ?

Such as the Windows perhaps ? Isn't there something about Windows 8 being free upgrade to 8.1 via some shop thingy ? Also I might have to turn down on the H100i and go for H80i if I absolutely have to :)

Nice build! But you should get a higher clocked Ram, @1600 or @1866

I can kind of agree with you because I would be a little embarrassed to say I have 1333 ram in my system but you still won't be able to see any performance difference

Don't go lower then H100i for Hydro series coolers! The rest just ain't worth it :( There are air coolers that perform a lot better then the H80i...

If you got Windows 8 already upgrading is free yes :)

Well, if it is that big a deal, let's go into it by style. Corsair Dominator Platinum's @ 1866Mhz maybe ?

As for the SSD I might have to stick with a 120gigs. Sadly there's no money in my budget

For the ram, I found a cheaper solution than the Platinum's, same speed

I apologize for the language, but for you, you can probably understand mot of it xD Also I actually like this ram's Look better. They cost about 60DKK more (roughly 11USD) so not that big a deal.

Sadly the SSD is another story..

Do NOT buy from Cinemagic! They are the worst shop we have here in Denmark, their customer service is absolutely awful and their stock status is almost always false.

I've bought from there before though, with a few things.

If not Cinemagic, what else do you have as a suggestion except for Komplett ?

The 840 Evo is not the fastest (the 840 Pro is a faster version from Samsung alone), but it is a fantastic SSD (I would say by far the best for the price)

The H100i is a good choice it will be a much better performer over the Hyper 212 and the H80i

You need at leas 1600mhz RAM, especially if you plan on playing BF4

I've had one successful order with them as well, but the past 4 orders my friends and I have made have all failed miserably, they are HORRIBLE. Komplett is by far my favorite shop, they're a bit more expensive for some parts but on average the price is okay. I've ordered for 350k+ DKK through the past couple of years from Komplett and they have not let me down once! Other great shops are ProShop and Computersalg, however Computersalg is a tad slow with the shipping.

Thanks ! I COMPLETELY forgot about proshop. Thanks for reminding me. Sadly it's a tad more expensive.

if you don't mind telling, what exactly happened when you and your friend ordered from Cinemagic, as me and my dad have both ordered once and it worked just fine :o

And guess what ! :D Most of the changes in my ''To order list'' actually ended up being cheaper. Now that it's from Komplett & Proshop it's cheaper, and more reliable ordering service (From your answer anyway)

Thanks again, and if anyone has more suggestions, PLEASE tell me !

Also can someone tell me the difference between these two SSD's ?

http://prntscr.com/28prnx

One says Basic KIT the other is a ''Desktop KIT'' what's the difference ?

Read/Write is the same, so I can't see the difference..

What that comes with the SSD :) Basically more apparel/accesorys (that is written wrong :( ) :)

Buy the basic kit if you don't need to fit the SSD into some converted 5.25 inch bay or some crazy shit like that :) You don't need anything for a 3.5 inch bay :)

Here is a list of things to check when you are buying RAM:

1) That it has the frequency you want (1600/1866 = Gaming. 2133/2400 = Editing)

2) That it has the CL rating you want (CL8/9 is the best for gaming :) )

3) That it has the looks you want :)

4) That it got the price you can pay ;)

5) That it is availible to you ;)

6) That it is not a from a fu**** up brand (they are gone now though so don't worry. )

Happy buying :)

Thanks for the tips.

The final Ram I ended up finding is this :

http://www.proshop.dk/RAM/G.Skill-Sniper-DDR3-1866-C9-DC-8GB-2279651.html

It's pretty good lookin' it's 1866 Mhz (better than 1600, Right ? o-o) C9 / CL9 and it's affordable.

For the SSD; I'm still looking through stuff to see if I can find the final bit of cash if my budget is a little under. Thanks for all the help though !
