Quadro 4000 BIOS problems

So, I got this card a few days ago for the sole purpose of attempting to make it a GTX 480. Well, ofc it didn't work, so I tried to flash it to a GTX 465 (because it was the closest Geforce to this card). Surprisingly, that did work, but it came up with an interesting issue. The card now has 192 shaders instead of 256, and for some reason, this persists even when the card is flashed with the same BIOS from a different Quadro 4000 (thanks @iamdarkyoshi). So I was wondering if anyone knew how to play around with GPU BIOS :P
