So currently i have a wifi modem connected to the modem of our provider and they are in bridge mode.

What i want is to wirelessly connect a new wifi modem to the current one so that a have my own wifi modem in my own room.

What i want to avoid is to having to connect my new wifi modem the the modem of the provider.

IS THIS POSSIBLE

I live in the netherlands so i have ziggo as my provider.

There default modem is in bridge mode with our ASUS RT-AC87U wifi modem.

I want to connect my newly bought TPLink Archer C50 to the ASUS wifi modem Wirelessly

@Lurick

I'd like to make some corrections here.

Just so you are aware (no offense intended), both of those devices are Wireless Routers, not Modems.

A Modem is a box that takes an internet connection (Eg: DSL phone cable or DOCSIS coax TV cable) and converts that into a local IP Address over Ethernet.

Some Modems have built-in Routers and Wireless (Eg: All-in-one or Combo modems). But the Routers you've specified are definitely just routers - they don't have integrated modems.

Anyway, can you clarify what you want to accomplish?

You have a Router, and you want to put another Router in your room? Why? Do you need better WIFI coverage? Do you need physical ethernet ports to plug devices in inside your room? We need to establish why you want to do this, so we can make an informed decision as to whether this is the best thing to do.

Extending my internet connection over my second wifi router from my asus router.

WITHOUT the use of a lan cable. @dalekphalm

Okay - this is progress. Why are you extending it? Is the WIFI in your room bad?

No i want my own wifi connection to fiddle with work and school reasons

So you want a separate WIFI connection (A different "SSID")?

If that's the case, I would physically locate the 2nd router beside the main one, so that you CAN run an Ethernet Cable.

It is possible to "bridge" the 2nd router, but unless the router has a bridge mode, you'd have to use third party Firmware (such as Tomato or DD-WRT) - that's a can of worms I stay away from, personally.

But your performance would be significantly impacted by using wireless bridging. Running an Ethernet Cable will give superior performance and stability.

So running a Lan cable from the first one to the second one and giving the second one a static ip is the way to go ?

Yep. There are two ways to handle the actual configuration:

1. Modem (LAN cable)-> 1st router (LAN Cable)-> 2nd Router -> Configure using a static IP on the same IP range of the main router. Plug a cable from a numbered port on 1st router to a numbered port on 2nd router.

The benefit of this, is that it will bypass NAT and the Firewall on the 2nd router, and turn it into an Access Point + Switch. There's a bit more to it than this, but that's the basics. This setup is more difficult to configure (Unless the router has a built-in AP mode).

2. 1. Modem (LAN cable)-> 1st router (LAN Cable)-> 2nd Router -> Configure using a static IP on a different IP range than the main router - connect using the WAN port.

The benefit of this, is it's easier to setup. Literally plug a LAN cable from any of the numbered ports on the 1st router, and plug the other end into the WAN port on the 2nd router. This will basically create a whole new LAN network on the 2nd router, which means configuration is easy, and it's totally isolated from the 1st router and network. The downside here is that there's now dual-port forwarding, and dual NAT - this can cause issues, especially if running a server or if any port forwarding is happening.
