Warm Ir camera

Sometimes, when my laptop is closed, the area near the webcam and windows hello camera gets quite warm. My hypothesis is that the ir camera and light aren't turned off. Any solution to prevent that?

Hmm, I wonder does it turn off at C states, that would lead me to suspect not, I don't think you can fix that.
