Can't decide

So,as title says I really can't decide which one is better and what's the best deal

Help me out pls

The choice is between:

Samsung

I just can't decide and the price gap is basically none (just for this week cuze there is "Games Week" in italy)

The Acer uses a cheap panel which will give bad viewing angles and color shift if you look at it off. The Samsung display will look nice regardless if which angle you view and has deeper blacks.

I've red something about inverse ghosting on the samsung and other stuff,but I'm using a 720p TV with 32' ish (obv 60Hz using HDMI)so I don't know if I will even be able to see the difference

Ever been to an electronic section of a store with tvs and notice how some are crisp and others look kinda washed out/faded? TN panels (the kinds Acer is using) would give that effect if you're not dead center.
