I always say it depends on how long it takes and then I rip them off but it's mostly around €25 what I asked 

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

Feel bad? Lol if it's a friend you could do it for free and he will want to do something back for you too I love that feeling but that's just me. $15 bucks would be fine
