Corsair RMA Question

Hello there. A few weeks ago i went through the RMA process for an AIO with Corsair. Im wondering how long it takes for them to ship out the RMA after they recieve proccess it. Thanks for the help.

its not a time urgent RMA for me and they already made an exception accepting the RMA. i dont wanna get put on a shit list lol

Don't ask about this specific item ask them maybe using a different what is the average time for a rma to be processed generally

It's kind of unpredictable but I would say most reputable companies once they receive the item usually get the replacement shipped out within the next 5 business days. If not sooner. That's my experience with most of my RMAs.

I always Express RMA things through Corsair. usually in the mail the very next day and arrives within 3.

They accepted the RMA; you have a reasonable expectation that they will duly fulfill the RMA in reasonable amount of time regardless of the circumstances that got you the RMA in the first place (obviously you don't want to be a asshole when communicating with them... a happy customer service rep. won't feel the urge to deliberately make life harder for you than a pissed off one).

 

If you've been waiting for 2-3+ weeks, chances are something went wrong with the process (e.g. someone left your package on a warehouse shelf) and should be followed up on ASAP.

welp now i feel like a bit of an idiot lol. i went to the mail room of my college to pick up a package from amazon and guess what was waiting for me... so i now have it and dont have to harass corsair
