Programmers Malady

After a fun or intense programming session, I find it impossible to sleep because my mind keeps on writing code all night. I figured it was just me until I read about "programmer's malady" in "Soul of a New Machine." I talked to a couple of my friends about it and it seemed like a pretty 50/50 split on who has it and doesn't. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here has it too and if they got any tips to help us sleep.

Main idea would be that your last code before sleeping is setting up something simple like the dumb subroutines or putting a code together when you have it split up into several parts. But it has to be simple enough that your mind isn't wondering if it can crash or bug or fail, or if you executed something where you shouldn't.
