Alienware M17x R4 BIOS Help

I'm looking for some help with Whitelisting a GTX 1070 into the BIOS of my Alienware M17x R4  BIOS A13.

I am using the wireless card mini PCIe.

Don't see any reason to change or upgrade my laptop yet..

Specs are as follow

2.8 GHz turbo boost 3.7GHz  i7

16 DDR4 RAM

x2 SSD 128GB - RAID 0

x2 HDD 1TB (extra HDD in DVD burner slot)

I've looked all over the internet for the answer to make my external GPU work like this but, have only encountered the white listing method.

If anyone know how to perform this safely ??? Your time won't be free, will pay well.
