GPU Won't Display/Be Read By Windows

My GTX 1050 ti won't output anything. The onboard graphics work, and when I get into device manager with onboard graphics, the GPU won't show up. In BIOS, onboard graphics is at auto, and another setting is at IGFX. The fan works, It runs, and the card gets it's power from the PCI-e slot. The card has run fine before, but all of the sudden, it stopped displaying. I even swapped HDMI cables.

Are your display connections (whether it's DP, VGA, DVI, HDMI) plugged into your GPU rather than the motherboard back panel.

u need to set the gpu boot order from   IGPU > PCI-E   to PCI-E > IGPU   so ur 1050ti becomes gpu nr 1

The HDMI is connected straight into the GPU, and I don't see a GPU boot order in the Gigabyte BIOS (F7)

Test it in another PCIe slot, and another PC, if the issue persists then it's probably dead. Also try using compressed air to blow into the slot.
