Is AOC a alright brand? Comparing it against a brand like LG.

Yeah, they're definitely one of the better brands. I myself personally haven't had luck with their monitors, with my 23" 1080p panel from them actually burning. It still worked but stank awful. I believe it was one of the speakers that decided to melt itself. Saying that, my 27" 1440p BenQ IPS panel has dead pixels in quite a few places, so maybe I'm just unlucky.

Personally already have a LG Monitor and am satisfied with it. Love the Joystick menu.
