problem with usb devices (maybe motherboard problem)

i try to make it short
im a stream so i have around 8-10 usb devices, depending in wich order and on wich slot i plug them in (all directly to the motherboard) my pc starts "laging/freezing" for a few sec. i dont think its my power supply (650wat) i only run one gpu (1080ti) 3 hard drives. i read about a problem with some msi motherboards and a certain chip set on it...? wich has problems with usb drivers or so~~ and ppl with this problem should update there motherboard. sadly im not that expirienced with this kind of stuff, so i wanted to ask here first for some solutions or for some general help.

Yeah, sounds like it would be a problem with the USB controller or PSU. Maybe try replacing the PSU with a 750W one and see if the problem persists and then try replacing your mobo
