help new pc issue

i made a new pc and it keeps on turning on and off byitself i have not installed any bios or stuff like that(it hasnt given me a chance to see anything)it stays on for 12 secs and turns off and this process repeats.I took everything out and tested it with the motherboard,cpu,cpu cooler and ram still the same result 

btw i may have but too less thermal paste on but it has been on long enough to heat up

you mean if you just plug it in, it just starts doing this, or it starts doing it after you press the power button?

Properly Re-seat Ram

Reset CMOS

Make sure all PSU Connection are secure, and "clicked" in.

Does the system beep?

after i click the power button

So its failing to boot based on something not clearing. So reseat all the components, make sure all power cables are plugged in, then see what it does and get back to us.

 i wanted to ask could this be a hardware issue by the way i have 

i5 7600k

gigabyte z270x ultra gaming 

cyroig h7 cooler 

thermal take 530w

one more question could this be a hardware problem btw the bottom right of my motherboard blinks whlie this is happening if that has any significance

check ur motherboard user Manuel, it might have some explanation.

use one stick of RAM and try all the RAM slots.

I would say it's the PSU at fault. Try replacing it with an 80+ Gold PSU from EVGA

eventhough its brand new it hass high chances of being faulty?
