guitar amp repair PROBLEM

Hello guys like the title says i am repairing my amp and i have a slight problem i have one ground wire wich comes frome the heatsink and i dont know where it comes frome ?! 

Have you guys any ideas????

Simply not enough information. Power transistors often have their metal body connected to one of the pins, so the entire heat sink could be at that potential. Some power transistors even lack a 3rd pin altogether and use their metal body as the 3rd connection, trough the heatsink, in which case the wire would carry a signal but without more information (make, type, pictures) we can't tell.
