So I just got some new Schenhiesser PC 360's and they seem quiet. Is there a way/program to crank the volume?

That is not bad but it's PCI not PCIe so try to get a newer one like the DX 7.1 (pricy but awesome)

For the love of gahd, do not buy an internal soundcard. If you just need more volume, FiiO E5's and E6's are relatively cheap.
