PCI Wireless adapter

I need an old school PCI WiFi adapter. It'll be going on my old ASUS P4V8X-X, which is why I need old-school. I would like it to be 150MB/s, and kind of cheap, but not complete shit either. Any ideas?

Their nics aren't really compatible with anything other than windows...
