Will my cooler fit?

I have the phantek p400s, on their site it says that the cpu cooler clearance is 160mm. A lot of the higher end air coolers have a height of 160mm. I’m worried that I may have some issues because I’m cutting it so close. Will I be fine with a 160mm cooler if I have 160mm of clearance or should I go for something smaller

Yes, you'll be fine. There's usually a bit more room than stated.
