Adding hinges to side panel/Adding transport handles

I was wondering if anyone has added hinges to the side panel of their PC. Any product suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, I am thinking of changing over my case to the Thermaltake Chaser A31 Thunder. If I switch I want to add handles for transport. I have looked at many styles (recessed spring loaded and fixed metal) and I would appreciate any tips or suggestions.

If its something you want to do as a progect thats cool, but if you want such a thing already in a case look at the Corsair C70 series.
