Strange error on win 8 startup!

Just to preface, this error doesnt seem to bother anything but i still want to know what it is and how to fix it.

I am pretty sure you are right.  I get this on my parent's computer after I tried to deal with some Malware.  Guess I got rid of a dll.  I think the OP did the exact same.

Check the task scheduler for a task that is running rundll32.exe with this DLL. Check the thread below for more details but it's definitenly Malware related.
