horrible PSU, get a CX450/M instead. I'd get a cheaper case, b350 motherboard and get a gtx 1060 instead.

Either get a 1400 or a 1600, the 1500x is just an oc'ed 1400 so it makes no sense to buy it especially when you have a b350 mobo
