My CPU is Overheating

My pc is heating up to 90°C on idle. Not once has it gone above 50°C before today. I have an i7-6700k and cooling it is an NZXT Kraken X52. I have no clue what it could be.

Stop all the fans in the case and see if you can hear the pump making any noise. If it doesn't, it's either unplugged or its dead.

That's what it was like for my Siedon 120V. All fans unplugged and the pump was trying to start and failing. Turns out that it had lost all water (the refill plug was blown out). Which is why it was so damn light.

Its not making any noise its definitely plugged in.
