Stop all the fans in the case and see if you can hear the pump making any noise. If it doesn't, it's either unplugged or its dead.

That's what it was like for my Siedon 120V. All fans unplugged and the pump was trying to start and failing. Turns out that it had lost all water (the refill plug was blown out). Which is why it was so damn light.
