What program do I need to mine LTC ?

I just registered on wemineltc.com. What's the next step ? I must need a program that tracks my mining to my account ?

You need cgminer. Get 3.7.2.

Your antivirus and Chrome will call it a virus. This is because botnets package it with their viruses to infect computers and make them mine for the hackers.

Make an exception for it in your antivirus and tell Chrome (or wtv browser you use) to keep it anyway. 

Download it. Extract to a place that your Antivirus is set to exclude. Then create a shortcut for it to your desktop.

Then right click the shortcut, go to properties, then click the Target text box. Add this to the end:

And hit apply. Then run cgminer.

Note: worker username/password is not the username/password to your account on wemineltc.com. It's the username/password to your worker. Which is under "My Account" > "My Workers". 

Those aren't important to hide btw. The only thing that can come from someone knowing your worker username and password is them mining for you. Which can't be bad imo. Unless the username/password is the same as your account. Don't do that.
