SSD has a tenancy to hang

TheSuspect

I've noticed that my ssd has a tenancy to hang whenever I try to use Window's search in the start menu. Minutes after booting, it's completely fine, but after working for about 30 - 45 minutes or so without touching the start menu, it takes about three seconds to load the start menu, and search doesn't work. At this point, I have to restart explorer for it to work.

Os: Windows 10 Home 64bit

Ssd: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 240gb (104gb unused)

Gpu: Evga Gtx 1070 Ftw

Cpu: i7 6700k (non oc)

Nothing.

I've seen things similar to this, but it is a software issue with the Windows App Store. You can try the built in Windows App Store Troubleshooter. If that does not work then I would recommend running Windows Tweaking Tool. When you run it, select the "Backup Tools" tab and do the Registry and System Restore ones. Then click on the "Repairs - Main" tab and open repairs. I would only check mark the Windows 8/10 app store ( #27.01) under the repair section. If that still does not work, then try # 27.02. If that still does not work then it could be a hardware issue.

You can get the portable version from their site here:
