windows 10 factory reset HELP

i've got an Acer S1003-17QB tablet pc that i need to factory reset.

 

it does not boot properly. i can force it to in to the troubleshooting settings. but the normal factory reset under the troubleshooting settings does not Work. i does not accept a flash boot drive. and has no former restore points.i'm out of ideas. help...

 When you say factory reset, are you meaning the Acer recovery it Microsoft's reset function?
