Hey guys, which one is better? i am either going to get the 620Watt High Current Gaming Antec modular PSU or the 650Watt Thermaltake Smart pro RGB PSU or the 700Watt Thermaltake Smart RGB.

Out of those which one is good? I will also take any recommendations.

My build has MSI GTX 1070 gaming X GPU and a Ryzen 5 1600x CPU.

EVGA G3 650W? Don't know how good that first of those is but I would personally atleast not touch a TT anything (except possibly a case)

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I believe the SMART PRO RGB is better. DC-DC regulated, the ripple suppression is good, the voltage regulation is alright... although it's more of a PSU that sells itself on "bling" rather than on performance.

The Antec HCG is based on the same "GB Bronze" as the Seasonic S12II, so it has a rather old, group regulated design that makes it quite unattractive in comparison to the TT.

I'm looking for performance tbh

Then like I said, the Thermaltake SMART PRO RGB (the 650W one) would be the best choice.

I believe the "regular" SMART RGB has a group-regulated design, making it a worse choice.

Can you get a CX550 for less?

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
