Record Multiple webcams at once

I have 2 capture devices (webcams for all intensive purposes) and I would like to record them both at 30fps simultaneously on my Windows 10 machine. I have the bandwidth and processing power, just need the software that can do it.

 

Ive tried with many including OBS in creating multiple instances but it doesn't work. Thank you!

Im trying what he shows in the video, but the second instance of OBS just shows  a black screen.

Drivers instald ? and maby try different  ports like USB3 and USB 2 ?
