if you're still using that CM Elite 310, dont get a liquid cooler. consider getting a different case with better airflow instead

An AIO like the H100i V2 is a good option if you have available larger 280mm coolers and a case that can fit them it will provide the best in terms of cooling potential.

I should really change my signature I have changed most of those parts but I am still using that case though thinking to switch to this one for the water cooling

your current case does not allow for watercooling.

that case would support something like a corsair H100 or H105. but it would be REALLY tight i think

You can get an AIO in the 310 but it would be a 120mm one which in my opinion makes no sense to get as a good air cooler would match/beat and if i were you i would get a good air cooler like a 212EVO if i had an issue with the stock cooler you are using now and save up for a case in the 6000-7000rs range like this and get the 240mm/280mm AIO that your budget allows for. If you buy the 100r and depending on your MOBO you may have clearance issues with the AIO.

Here are two cases that are in your budget that supports 240mm AIOs, 1 & 2, the choice is up to you and your wallet.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
