Quick question

So I applied new thermal paste onto my Ryzen 5 160p cpu. Im using the stock cooler, and I had a difficult time putting the cooler back on top of the cpu. It turned out the bracket behind the mobo fell off and I had to reattach it, however I realized that too late and put a lot of pressure onto my cpu trying it to force it into the mounting holes for a while. Surprisingly the pc turned on and the cpu is running, but I just don't know if I caused some damage to my cpu. Can someone please tell me their thoughts on if I caused some damage or not? Thank you!

If the cpu boots fine and doesn't stress too bad under a STRESS test then you're fine
