Pc wont post

I was playing a game and then the pc froze, the whole pc, it wouldn't ctrl + alt + delete or anything so I force shut down the pc by holding the power button and when I tried to boot it up it just boot looped, so I then turned off the psu and I had recently taken out and reseated my RAM so I thought it may have been that, so I swapped the 2 RAM spots and then it boot lopped once and then stayed on but didn't post. I don't know what to do, I'm on a ryzen btw

Yes the pc boots up and everything works as if everything was normal, it just it doesn't post

Have you tried clearing CMOS/BIOS?
