Changing GTA V directory

Hello everyone,

 

due to the update and DLC craze these days, my main SSD, which contains BF1 and GTA V has run out of space. I have decided to copy GTA V over to my HD to make some more space for BF1.

I thought it was going to be just a matter of copy & paste with some adjustment to the shortcuts, but unfortunately social club keeps thinking all of the game data is gone and wants to download it all over again.

 

How can I tell Social Club that my game data is now on D:\ rather than C:\?
