I have three of these fans setup as an exhaust for my case (five fans total, two radiator, one case, and three of the bequiets).  I was just curious to know what the idle rpm of these fans should be.  I've forgotten which fan headers I've plugged them into, but I think they're running at around 1100-1450 rpm at idle or even under low load. I have one fan at 800 rpm, but I have no idea which fan that is. The reason I asked is because I'm trying to make my computer a little quieter and is considering on getting a few more to replace my stock radiator fans and stock case fan.

Look at manufacturers spec sheet. If they are controlled, lowest speeds could be something like 600-1000rpm.

 

E: Sorry, forgot about PWM on title. They can do 0rpm. Starting rpm is probably 20%.
