Random Mic Question

Hi, I was just wondering if this handheld mic:

needs phantom power. Would it work to just use an XLR to 3.5mm adapter to connect to a camera, or would I need some sort of power supply?

I'm reading in the reviews that most people convert this mic to wireless... I recommend you do the same.

We already have a wireless mic system but it doesn't have an XLR input...

It's a dynamic mic, so you should be able to just connect it to a camera.

What system do you have. You can get XLR wireless transmitters, and depending on which system you have it may be able to connect to your current receiver.
