Personally I set my to always silent and made on major difference in performances/temps. I would just set a custom fan curve based on the coolant temperature, my fan never goes pass 50% but I m using Notuca NF14 on H110i.

If you have the stock fan, you should set to quiet profile for both your pump and your fans.

I personally find Pump on Performance (makes noises if I set it to quiet) and fans on Quiet to be the quietest setting and I just leave it that way all the time. Totally inaudible and keeps my CPU nice and cool, like mid 70's C when stress testing with Aida 64 which makes WAY more heat then any gaming session ever would.

Soery your post was little bit unclear? U said you put your pump on performance better than quiet?

YES, when I set the pump to quiet it makes weird noises (like the sound it makes during booting the computer before the software takes over) so I set the PUMP to Performance and that makes it silent then I set the fans to Quiet to get them to go as slow as I can,
