Do Gunnars work?

I will have to be getting a prescription pair... unless it's possible to get a non-prescription pair and then wear contacts underneath

 

The Gunnar glasses fit over regular glasses (unless you have massive frames).

Any way yes f.lux does the same thing Gunnar's do, give the image a yellow tint to lessen the blue light (aka the light which causes eye strain).

 

Gunnar do transparent ones though www.gunnars.com/crystalline/

But those are not fully for eye strain, as that is what the yellow tint does.

reminds me of a twilight app on android, reducing eye fatigue so you can sleep easier if you are on your phone before you sleep, the screen goes like yellowy orange. I think its stupid but each to their own
