there's no saving this one, save up some more and go for a full new build, keep the OS and hdd.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

The entire thing needs replacing, including the PSU. Maybe the only thing that can stay is the hard drive (if it uses SATA)

Is it possible to upgrade OS from a 32bit Win 7 to 64bit Win 10 without buying a new key?

This system is hopeless. The mobo only supports CPU with 800MHz FSB, so you can at best get a low frequency Core 2 Duo: still sucks even for online games.

it's ancient and has no upgrade path that'll help much. save up to around $300, get a used rig with that money.

should work, but if it's OEM he may have to call up microsoft to activate it.

ram 1.5gb i assume you got ddr2 or ddr1 ram type

maxmum mobo can take ram performance is 3gb

and your vga still pcie gen 2 or 1 if you got very old pc

so vga upgrade would be 730gt nvidia

ram buy more kit till you got 3gb

and it only helps you to use very light workload like browsing, watching video, etc

multiple document can lag so much

so i prefer full upgrade rather than use that rigg

Get a Core 2 Quad or if there is Core 2 Extreme get it and for Graphics GTX 970 or RX 470 will do the job

Dude you know too little. Motherboards with socket 775 have different chipsets, each with different maximum supported front side bus FSB speeds. The one OP uses only supports up to 800MHz, while the slowest Core 2 Quad, Q6600, uses 1066MHz and majority of quad core Core 2 chips use 1333MHz.

you'll need to upgrade the ram, cpu, gpu, mobo, probably psu too with how old your rig is. not something a $100 budget can do well.

What MMORPG game is that?

At that budget you can get some Core 2 Duo with DDR2 supported motherboard. Make sure it supports the FSB speed of your CPU.

Also, AMD's Athlon II should also be considered.

Do note that these wont last you very long either, to the point where you might regret this purchase.

Your CPU is so old I wouldn't be surprised if your CPU actually bottlenecks your ssd...

Not that great but it'll be an upgrade over your current cpu by a lot, so it should be ok for what you're doing.

First. This features a Intel Pentium G2030. A Good CPU which will help your performance a lot in games. Don't expect to be playing Crysis at 4K 60FPS though. You need to use the video plugin from the MOTHERBOARD to get graphical display because the Intel Pentium G2030 has intergrated graphics. Next is the Asus P8H61-M LGA1155 Motherboard. I have the SAME exact one and it is great. Don't expect to get anywhere above DDR3-1066 because when I bought DDR3-1333 MHz ram. It wouldn't post when I put it at DDR3-1333 MHz when it defaulted at DDR3-1066. And Lastly. A 4GB stick of DDR3-1066 MHz. That will also improve performance by ALOT. The CPU Cooler in the list will also be a great lower of thermal throttling. This part list will be a great increase of performance. The part list goes up to $108 dollars. Good luck with your next Upgrade! (P.S. If the OS doesn't load, Undo the upgrade, back up important files, and get Windows 7 64-Bit. Only If the OS doesn't load though)
