CSGO on a Mac

Might be a dumb question but is it possible to run csgo on a mac desktop?

Honestly don't know, I just wanted to try it out while I wait for my gaming pc that I'm getting a couple weeks. All I know about the mac is that it's a desktop and I bought it about 2 years ago

Yeah, although Valve games don't run the best on macOS, or Linux for that matter if you're using an Intel iGPU or an AMD GPU.

The game is on Steam and is compatible for Mac. So yes, completely.

Open the Apple menu (Apple logo, top left corner) and select "About This Mac", a window opens containing all the essential information. Memorise this and you'll never again be oblivious to your Mac's specs. Post a screenshot or just type in things listed in the Overview if you want us to give more educated guesses about the performance.
