Honestly don't know, I just wanted to try it out while I wait for my gaming pc that I'm getting a couple weeks. All I know about the mac is that it's a desktop and I bought it about 2 years ago

The game is on Steam and is compatible for Mac. So yes, completely.

you might get like 30 fps if your playing on medium well depending on the mac

Open the Apple menu (Apple logo, top left corner) and select "About This Mac", a window opens containing all the essential information. Memorise this and you'll never again be oblivious to your Mac's specs. Post a screenshot or just type in things listed in the Overview if you want us to give more educated guesses about the performance.
