LGA 1150 Overclockable?

im looking for a good intel overclockable cpu for a lga1150 socket type my range is around 200 US 

 

current build 

 

I5 4440 Cpu

Geforce GTX 1050 TI GPU

ASRock - Fatal1ty Z97 Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Corsair Hydro Series H60 Cooler

ballistix ram 16gb

500 watt evga

i7 4790K is the first thing that comes to mind or a 4770K

Some people managed to break the overclocking limit with non-K CPU on Z mobo in Haswell, but no guarantees on that. Better not risk it.

I think when the 8700K drops, all older quad i7s are going to take a hit on the used market.

BCLK, aye. Not normal OCing, you will also not get anywhere near k series clocks with BCLK OCing. I also believe intel made it impossible a few months after it was "discovered".

I doubt it just because people wanna jerk out out of as much money as possible when you buy a used i7. At least that's what it would seem to be.
