Building a £400 PC for a Friend

Hey guys I am currently looking for suggestions for a £400 gaming build for a friend. I will be giving him my GTX 770 for £70 please keep this in mind. Thanks for any help.

Why? He's likely coming from a console or older PC and if he got help from his friend he's probs considered a ps4 and decided to go the PC route.

it takes <3-5 mins. 

saving price-based builds only works for maybe 2 weeks before prices change significantly, also depends on color preference and use case and form factor... etc...
