I was just using my pc for everyday use when my usb3 ports decided to stop working while my keyboard and mouse were plugged into it so i thought i would put my keyboard and mouse into another usb port and they work fine i have uninstalled the drivers reinstalled them updated them etc but i cannot find a fix i hard restarted my pc as well for a solid 10 minutes but still nothing would really appreciate if someone could guide me through the process to get my beloved usb3 ports back :( view attached image for more info.

Do you know what motherboard you have?
