Issues with USB Headset

Hello, I have a RAZER SWTOR GAMING HEADSET and I use Mumble (some VoIP software) to chat with my friends. However, whenever my friends talk inside Mumble, other application's volume gets lowered or attenuated. Checking Mumble settings, this is not enabled and also the "Windows can automatically adjust the volume of different sounds...." setting is set to "Do nothing". Not sure what to do here.
