Do I need a new hard drive if my copy of windows is on a USB?

HenNorm

So I'm looking to ascend to the PC Master Race and right now I'm running a 32-bit version of windows, but the pc I want to ascend to needs 64-bit windows. So I look to PcPartPicker and I find a $102 USB Retail key for 32/64-bit. I also want to keep my hard drive, so can I keep my hard drive and just move windows 10 64-bit over to it from the USB?

PC I want to ascend to in question: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dChX6X

You will need to reinstall Windows onto the hard drive, but the current hard drive will work fine.
