I bought TP Link AV600 Powerline (TL-PA4010 KIT), which includes 2 adapters and 2 ethernet CAT5 cables. I connected it right. One to power outlet near my router in one room, the second one to my PC. Tried to pair them by clicking buttons on them. They give some signals but that's it. Wireless internet still works.

I tried:

-restarting both PC and Router;

-installing newest Realtek LAN drivers for my mobo.

They recognize ethernet connection on Windows but the network is "unidentified". When I run Windows diagnostic thingy it tells me that "network card "ethernet" doesn't have right IP protocol."

you may have some system in your house that blocks the ability of powerline, test using the powerline in an outlets right next to eachother and see if it works
