What to upgrade?

I had a prebuilt computer and slowly worked myself up. I have now ended up with this https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Onefunction/saved/gfvKZL I would like to know what I should upgrade next, I play tamriel unlimited, skyrim, gta, fallout, and others but mainly those four. I dont have a very large budget but around like 300 max. I was thinking of getting a cooler other than the stock cooler. or maybe a proper graphics card. the only reason i got the xfx was because it was on a 75% off sale. Thanks in advance

a cooler won't improve any performance, just make things a little quieter. Both those graphics cards will perform about the same after a little overclocking, I say get the first one because you used pauls amazon link...

If you are limited by budget then get a used graphics card. R9 285, GTX 960 or maybe a 970. Why not 1060? Because I think you also need an SSD, but you dont have that much to spend..

Yes that\s the right decision. Buying either of those cards will boost your system's performance by a lot.
