Check your pump RPM's to ensure it is running and the pump hasn't died. If it's alright try remounting it with the high idle temps it's very possible a lack of mounting pressure.

Before you star dismantling anything make sure your pump is plugged in to power and is running and that both fans are spinning.

What thermal paste did you use?

Did you properly clean the old paste off first with Isopropyl alcohol?

Do you know how to correctly apply thermal paste?

I suggest watch youtube on how to apply thermal paste and also maybe a tutorial on how to install your specific heatsink.

Could help. Even the best sometimes, with new hardware or heatsink etc can still need some help :P

Usually there are not like 10 things related to 100c cpu : Fan not plugged, no power, pump not working, no thermal paste, heatsink badly seated.

I don't see other things to verify but other people here maybe can help better

My friend had same issue, and even after he told me 10 times he know how to install the heatsink, I figured out there was 1 clip missing and due to that, bad contact, he was getting 100c temp.

Not saying its ur case, but first thing to do wud be like other said, verify fans, pump, take heatsink off, wash, apply thermal paste, reseat , verify temps after and let us know :)

The pump is running and everything is functional?

If so do you notice the mount loose at all, you might want to consider looking into the washer mod by adding some rubber orings.
