Can't install W10 on M.2 SSD

EDIT: i fixed it by simply disconnecting my internet cable for some reason that made it skip OneDrive

So i've recently bought an Samsung 960 Evo M.2 SSD

 

everything works fine but for some reason i cannot install W10 on it

 

i manage to go until the "OneDrive" setup in the in the First time setup but when i click "Next" the button just greys out and i can't continue for some reason!

 

i hope someone knows how to fix this!

try "bestanden alleen opslaan" and see where that gets you.

I haven't installed W10 in a while but this is the first time i've seen onedrive during the setup O_o
