I am looking for a basic display, preferably above 20 inch with 1080p anti glare display that supports vertical position as well. I will be connecting the aux-display with my laptop through HDMI. Price should be less than 60$.

Anti-glare is preferred but not needed. Thanks.

I have a T.V lying around aswell. But its display is wrecked and it is 33 inch with 1080p display. What about I should fix it and use it as a secondary display? I will generally use secondary display for multi tasking, programming and youtube and shit.

TVs come with the con of less sharper display as they're meant to be viewed from a distance which is why they have less pixels per inch. If this isn't a problem for you then sure, go crazy but I wouldn't recommend using it for gaming compared to a monitor as it's response times etc are generally worse.
