Help with Fair Use in Videos

I just wanted to double check with you guys first.
I want to make a Parody video sort of Mocking Apple in a meme way (like you do etc with Bee movie memes and such).
Apple is very careful with their wording.....
My questions are: how much modification is required to constitute fair use? how much of the original am I allowed to use without it being considered copyright infringement? and, am I allowed to use Apple's WWDC and Keynote videos in a parody video?
Thanks .
You can copy and make changes to whatever video you got that from as long as you Aren't rebroadcasting an unchanged video in its entirety you should be fine, so Cutting it overlaying stuff and making fun of it counts as a parody and should be OK
