What is the IA AC/DC Load Line settings for? and do they help at all in any way for overclocking?

Here this explain it well, from my understanding it's for preventing adaptive voltages from rising above set values which was happens fairly often depending on the stress test.

Note that the Adaptive voltage target works on the Turbo ratios only. So, if you use a non-Turbo CPU ratio, the value in the Adaptive voltage setting box will not be applied. In such instances, use Offset Mode or Manual Mode for CPU Core/Cache Voltage.
