Yeah, main thing is high speed ram, you need at least 2933 and because Prime is not their fancy line i don't know how is it there, should be fine as well but strix may be better

Hello gang. So my question is simple. I want to upgrade from my ancient i5 2500 to a new system with ryzen 5 1600. I've eyeballed all the components I wanna buy, but the mobo is the hardest choice, which I think should not had to be. I was about to decide to stick with the MSI B350-GAMING-PLUS variant since my buddy has the ASUS PRIME one, but I read that the MSI is garbage has loads of bugs, can't read up to 3000 ram speed, and especially long boot times (to bios and not only). My question is this. Do I have to worry about future issues with this mobo and stick with the ASUS which is in the same price group in my country, go for Asrock AB350 Gaming K4, or just buy the MSI cause feature wise they are all almost identical? I don't think I'll overclock, at least not immediately, but I want a mobo solution that would work without stupid bugs. Should I shell out an extra 15€ for the Asrock AB350 Gaming and be safe, or I'll be just fine with the msi/asus one. Thanks a bunch.

Case : Zalman R1 Motherboard : Asus Prime Plus B350  CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @3.2GHZ  RAM : Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB @2400MHZ (OC) SSD : Samsung 850 Evo 250GB + Patriot P200 500GB  HDD : Seagate Barracuda 2TB  GPU : AMD RX 5700XT 8GB  PSU : Corsair CX 550W

Hey man, great mobo for Ryzen 5 is the Asus B350-F Strix, it has good memory support, so most kits will run 2933+ Mhz

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM

It's a bit pricey in comparison with the asus b350 prime plus but I'll consider it especially if it's more stable. The extra features and Leds are more like a luxury thing, than usefullness. The board is sexy af tho. Thanks for the input, I really appreciate it.
