so i bought a new pc

and i have gta v on my laptop, and now i want it on my new pc so could i put it on a usb and put it into my pc and then copy the files 

 

hope you guys could help me with this 

and btw i didnt know where to post this

Depends. If its a steam game, then yes, you can copy it from the Steam Apps Directory. While you wont get all the files, you will get most of them, steam should download what you miss.
